Reiki

I first heard of Reiki when I started doing marketing for For Heaven’s Sake – a local Denver metaphysical store. What a wonderful thing, as it eases tension and stress and helps support the body to facilitate an environment for healing on all levels – physical, mental, and emotional. This ancient Japanese healing practice has been around since 1800s, rediscovered by Dr. Mikao Usui and passed down through generations. Reiki didn’t reach the Americas until the 1930s, when Mrs. Takata returned to Hawaii from Tokyo after receiving reiki and learning herself to share and teach others. Since then, Reiki has evolved to many other forms and practices.

I practice the traditional Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki. I also have knowledge of the original Jikiden reiki, although I am not certified to teach that lineage. I have had two wonderful teachers on my path – Donna DeNomme and Wynn Chaney. They both have taught me so much regarding Reiki and now it is my turn to share this beautiful healing process with you! Reiki has been passed down through different lineages though the years, pictured below is my lineage path of which I was initiated.

Sara’s Master Reiki Lineage in traditional Usui Shiki Ryoho

I would gladly give 100 stars if it was possible! I left Sara’s place sooooo relaxed and calmed. And today I feel so much energy in my body. I will definitely come back, and will bring my sons. You feel so cared by Sara, she gives you comfort and warmth. Thank you so much!
